Many times, after a very busy day, we return home and our
backs hurt.
The next morning, we feel like fainting because the pains seem
to get worse.
Here are a few “first aid” tips to help you through—
*Have a hot bath
*Take a pain relief
*Lie on your side with your pillow between your legs (this
means you shouldn’t sleep with a pillow under your head)
*Avoid lifting heavy objects.
